A day of “Recreational themed games for Social Care Professionals focusing on communication skills, team work, and most importantly” Fun!!!!!!
As Social Care Professionals, compassion is in our nature. Our chosen field requires a lot more of us than just time, effort and hard work. With this high level of demand and personal investment it is possible for our compassion and drive to become clouded and diminished both as individuals and as teams. The Social Care Games aims to refresh our compassion and empathy for others by addressing our own needs for belonging, mastery, achievement and generosity in a fun, exciting new environment, out of our usual care setting. With the spirit of interagency co-operation and knowledge-sharing, participants will be split up into teams taking part in a range of fun challenges and problem solving tasks.
Interested parties please email enquiries to: Louis.omoore@daffodilcare.ie.
